- Conduct village surveys and identify potential customers.
- Source new customers and form JLG groups.
- Explain microfinance products and promote financial literacy.
- Coordinate loan processing and disbursement activities.
- Conduct regular centre meetings with customers.
- Manage loan collections and recoveries.
- Monitor customer portfolio and maintain healthy relationships.
- Resolve customer queries and support cross-selling activities.
- Prepare daily activity and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
