- Meet and exceed business targets for loan and insurance products.
- Manage leads and conduct field activities.
- Recruit, manage, and develop Field Sales Officers (FOS).
- Handle customer escalations and complaints.
- Monitor sales conversion and productivity metrics.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams.
- Track cases through different stages of the lending process.
- Monitor documentation and post-disbursement activities.
