ITC Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager – Manufacturing Excellence for its Pudukkottai location. The role focuses on driving manufacturing excellence initiatives, improving operational efficiency, developing employee capabilities, and implementing continuous improvement projects at the plant.

• Drive the Manufacturing Excellence agenda across the plant.
• Train factory teams on various excellence tools and techniques.
• Identify and eliminate operational waste.
• Support teams in improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Track performance against business KPIs and improvement plans.
• Drive initiatives to develop an excellence culture.
• Develop and deliver capability-building training programs.
• Monitor improvement projects and track their benefits.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and review progress.
• Share and replicate best practices across manufacturing plants.
